You can as far as I know change the ports on the server with v3 software, then match the ports in your router settings page.
If you cannot do this simple answer would be to change provider.

I am trying to use the Remote access but my ISP "Armstrong" blocks ports up to 1024. I have found a tutorial on how to change my ports on the server but it doesn't work with 3.0 or newer. Is there a place where I can download an earlier software version? My restore disk is 3.0 also.

Thanks for the comment. I have figured it out by mapping the ports on my router. Remote access is up and running
