i dont know much about your problem.but in a mediasmart manual .pdf idownloaded it says you cannot install the connector on a 64bit o/s

I have a new computer with the Win 7 Pro 64 bit operating system. I have also installed the XP mode. When I try to install the connector to my EX475 server in Win7 mode I get a message that it won't install on this operating system. I then tried to install in XP mode and got the message - not enough disk space, clear more disk space and try again. This is a new machine with 600G disk and nothing installed.
Any suggestions of how I might get this machine connected to the server.
