Difference between an EX48x and a EX49x is the EX48x is limited to one external esata drive, the EX49x can take up to 5 external esata drives! Also the EX49x has a more powerful CPU than the EX48x, and then the EX49x has the final version of the MediaSmart Server software
I am not trying to advertise or anything, but I just found out Acer make servers based on Microsoft Windows Home Server. I personally hate Acer, they are terribe, however, whats the difference between Acer servers and HP Mediasmart servers?
Also, due to Hp not making anymore mediasmart servers, the price of them skyrocketed and just wondering whats the difference between ex85 or 87 compared to 90 and 95...(beside HD size) Thank you!
