Can you change the ip address of the router to 192.168.1.1 ? You should be able to define the base address of the router even if the default is different. Is it possible that you changed it by accident to 15.1? I've seen some that use 192.168.1.0, and I know some bussiness routers use 10. whatever, but 192.168.15.1 seems unlikely for the default base address of the router. Have you checked the documentation?

I just checked the manual - they list 192.168.1.1 as the router address.
