I need some advice, Please help.

I recently had to restore my EX485 to a Factory reset. I have 3 HD installed.  1x 750gb and 2x 500Gb.

I pulled all the drives out in this process and in replacing them back I got really careless and reinstalled the in the following order #1 Bay 500GB instead of the 750gb and the # 2 bay a 500gb and the #3 bay the 750Gb.

I did not notice this until a couple of days later after Rest and reinstall of my Data, iTunes and Photos etc.   Its working OK but I am not sure if the load balancing and media collections etc would have any problems.

Are there any long term problems that will show down the road.

 Any thoughts please.
