Sorry to hear just another in a series of problems in the plagued McCrappie software.
Go to their site and download the complete removal tool along with the instructions on how to properly use it.
Then do yourself a favor and don't re-install it.
Best advise you will get!
Can anyone tell me what to do? after i purchased and installed the mcafee virus protection on my laptop it is taking too long to shut down ending in not shutting down at all.
