I have access to the HP Mediasmart home server via the webportal (TZO website).  After logging-in, I can see all the shared folders, and all computers on the network.  The computers are "available for connection" with green radio button.  When I try to connect, I get the following error:

 Any ideas?

 Thanks...

Make sure port 4125 is forwarded to your server.

Make sure that there are no users logged in when you are trying to use RDC. I had the same problem because not everyone logs out when they are finished using the PC.

Also make sure that Port 3389 is not blocked by your PC Firewall.

Changing to 4125 worked, thanks! That was for my mediasmart at the office.

I have an ex475 at the house with port forwarding issues. It was working 6 months ago, but I believe some setting in my router have changed. Also, i had followed instructions and made changes to the incoming port on the server, now 4443. But it was working under that setup. Now I have 4443 pointed to the address internally (192.168.2.4), but it won't work.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!!
