Hi,
I can't seem to rid myself of a solid red health indicator. The console and Network Health Notifications don't indicate anything wrong.
What happened was that I pulled the plug on it when I woke up tp thunder storms the other night. After that the McAfee add-in stopped working and I had to do a re-install. Now that's all fixed, but the Health Indicator still shows solid red, which should indicate OS or program failure. Could there still be some hang-up with the McAfee add-in?
Is there some way I can locate the error?

Should have mentioned I already did that, without finding anything that seemed to be relevant to this specific issue.
If the health light is staying solid red with no messages in the network section in the console...then try and push a paperclip in the little reset hole and see if it flashes a series of lights at you. Post back with your results.
Hi,
Did that before posting. It just sits there, solid red like before. Checking the manual, that should mean "OS or program failure". would love to have osme tool to do a system check to perhaps locate the error. Is there a system Health log somewhere which states the specific error that causes the current condition?

Hi again. Got this solved. What I had to do was to actually physically disconnect the server from the mains. I was going to relocate it anyway, so I guess this was a bit of a "by chance" discovery.
Thanks for sticking with me and offering your assistance pardizzone and Fendrix79.
