Server back up if two discs already installed

I've just got a Mediasmart server with two discs installed by the supplier, but there doesn't seem to be any way to back up one disc to the other.

I've searched the web pages and this forum but I can't find a way to do it. Any ideas?

I think you should start by reading the MS Technical Briefings ("white papers") available at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/windowshomeserver/support... , the Drive Extender and Backup & Restore topics in particular. These should answer your questions.
