I just installed 2 1 Terabyte caviar black drives which went smoothly and removed 1 320 Gig caviar to my 470, I added the blacks' to the pool but i want to reinstall the 320 and not have it as part of the pool while still having the ability to add data to it. How do i go about doing this?

Dutchess County, NY, United StatesJust plug it in and do not add it to the pool. It will show under "Non Srorage Drives".
If you want to use the PP1 backup program to back up your shared folders then "Add" it from the Server Storage tab but choose to use it as a backup drive when prompted by the wizard.
