HP MediaSmart Connect Extender - Wireless

The HP extender gives the message "flux DVD Helper Pluin has stopped working". This prevents me setting up the video folder on the HP MediaSmart when connected to my TV. Works OK otherwise (non WMC mode). In the normal (non WMC mode I can only play .avi files. I was hoping to be able to use the WMC extender mode to play the additional other type of files that I can play on my computer using WMC.
WMC works fine on the computer.
The extender is connected fine.
Cannot find reference to "flux DVD Helper Plugin" anywhere. Please help. Thank you.
