A solution to your problem, might be to run HFS web server with a different port to WHS Web server. This will give you the ability to up/download with a normal browser, files etc a lot easier then the WHS provided option.

It works extremely well with WHS.

I have done a little digging and am coming up blank on this one...
I travel quite a bit and need to backup my data while away in case anything disasterous were to happen to my laptop. Does WHS/MediaSmart allow for offsite online automated backups? I am using XP and Vista (two travelling laptops.) I see the remote access from any internet connection which leads me to believe that remote bacup could be possible.
ANY help here (official HP stance or work around) would be great. Thanks
