Perhaps this is an obvious question but I'm looking for more information about the website hosting features available on the Mediasmart server.  I've looked at the options you can setup within the builtin software but as much money as it takes to register a domain I don't want to be limited by what HP/Microsoft feels like letting me do.  I'm looking for any info that describes the general capabilities of what can be done and software/resources that would let me set something up.  Thanks everyone!

You might consider building an ASP.NET Website on WHS. Details here:

And, of course, you could just use the WHIIST Add-In.

(Be aware, however, that your ISP may place restrictions on hosting web sites.)

I all ready have a domain that is not hosted any where will it be possible for me to host it at the media smart server using WHIIST Add-In ?

If you get the whiist add-in you can create links on your public landing page or your private remote page to whatever websites you like, be they local or remote.

Web sites can be set up and managed in the usual way through the Internet Information Service and their content stored in folders on the servers C: drive usually in C:/Inetpub
