You can have more then one Windows Home Server on a network however the WHS Console has to be put into Discovery if you wish to have the console to show the health of the Home Server. If you dont wish to do that then you can admin the servers via Remote Desktop Connection and entering the IP address of the server.

There is currently no Console software for the Mac, you would just have to add the files by mounting it to the Mac.
