Is anybody experiencing similar difficulties? -- My backed-up files are still there, but I can only restore small files using iDrive Explorer. Anything over a meg causes the application to hang after a few seconds.

I've tried just about everything and their tech support folks are nice, but can't seem to figure it out.

it's incredibly frustrating. At this point, I'd really appreciate any advice.

How long are you letting it sit there before deciding it's hung up? It can take 10 minutes for it to gather itself.

No, unfortunately I've let it run for hours on end. There's got to be an answer to this.

Thank you. Yes, the iDrive support guys are terrific. I had a couple of dialog sessions + will get back to a rep tomorrow.
Whatever it is, it's a tricky sonofagun. The support guy from iDrive spent a lot of time on it + still couldn't diagnose it. I'll see what he says Friday.

I wouldn't even mind at this point restoring single files, but I can't even do this. Anything much over a meg will hang before completion.
