On my laptop itunes does not pick up the Media Server as a shared library. The songs on the laptop synch just fine with the Media Server (I get them on other pc's on the network).

Any ideas?

Well the first place I would start is to make sure your MUSIC folder is shared or streaming. If you go into your WINDOWS CONSOLE and then settings on the top right side, a box will come up....on the left side of that box, select MEDIA SHARING and make sure your music is shared...

Oh and theres a setting in iTunes under PREFERENCES that you have to set iTunes to look for shared libraries
