One of my PCs did not have Norton 360 in "learn" mode, so now the only way to connect to the server is to temporarily disable the firewall.  I went to HP Support to find the list of programs to allow as trusted or unblocked, but just went round in circles.

Does anyone know what programs have to be unblocked from my firewall?  I've unblocked 3 already, but still no go.

Thanks for any help.

You could try resetting the firewall to the default settings.  It will re-learn your programs.

Thanks for the reponse. When I went in to do as you suggest, I happened to notice the "4th" program that I didn't allow. When I did, all works well. If anyone wants a list of the 4 programs that have to be allowed, let me know and I'll post them. Thanks again for your help.

Why not just post the list so the next person will have it already?

Turned out to be a lot more than it was originally thought to be. A couple of them needed to be set to "Allow", but two had to be set to "Custom" and I had to go through several steps to add new rules underneath the "custom" settings. I finally just re-installed Norton 360 v2 and it re-defined everything for me.
