I'd say it depends. If you already have good bluetooth headset it probably doesn't matter as much, however the address book syncing is neat, and being able to answer and place calls right through the touch screen is a much more "heads up" experience than dialing from the phone. I also know there were some other differences between the 650 and 660 other than bluetooth when I was shopping for one last year. In the end, I picked up the Nuvi 660 to get bluetooth and the FM Nav Traffic features and antenna.
