Hi All,

First of all I am a new user on this site and I will thank you in advance for any help.

The issue I have is that when using the server storage app is when I select the different drives I have, the stats to the right do not change to reflect the selected drive. Is it suposed to change? I am also new to the MSS so i am learning. Any info would be great.

Thanks

Eric

Hi emar,

I think I get what you're asking. The reason why the stats to the right don't change is because Windows Home Server combines the storage space of the drives you put into your MSS and creates one large pool of storage.

You can see the health status of the individual drive in the status column on the left side, but the storage statistics (free space, total size, etc) is based on the combination of storage devices that make up your large pool of data.

Does that help? Questions?
