My stock 500 GB system drive is reported as being unhealthy about every 3-4 days. I run the hard drive repair wizard and that fixes the problem but it reappears again in 3 to 4 days. Anyone else having this problem?

I've never been a fan of Seagate drives. The first thing I did when I got my MSS was replace the Seagate drive with a Western Digital Green drive.

42TB MSS EX490(upgraded CPU-E6300(2.8Ghz dual core Pentium)), 4GB memory,
MediaSonic 4 Bay eSATA, 5x MediaSonic 4 Bay USB, LG BD ROM and 2x LiteOn BD Rom (in Vantec USB enclosures)

I've got the same problem, but it only appeared after I added 2 1TB WD drives. Are you saying I should scrap the factory/OS drive and just use a WD drive as a new system drive? Will this correct the constant report of 1, 2 or all 3 of my drives as "failing" when they are not?

In the interest of addressing things a single time, I have replied to this in your other thread:
