I also took part in the follow up telephone survey. I'm still waiting for my printer ..... 
I took part in the phone survey that was a follow up to the online survey. I was offered a camera or printer for taking the time to do the phone survey.
Anyone at HP know when the planned ship date is for the camera?

I've sent an email to the person in charge of the giveaways. Hopefully we will know by early next week why you haven't received yours yet. So sorry for the delay!

The lady on the phone said that it would take six weeks though and I don't think it's been that long yet has it?
BTW, I opted for the camera since our current one is a POJ.

The cameras and printers are being shipped this week. You should receive them by this Friday, May 9. Let me know if you haven't received yours by then. Thanks!

I received my Photosmart A526 about a week ago -- a VERY generous gift for the time spent on the survey. Of course, I realize that it didn't cost HP as much as the retail value, but it's worth retail to me. THANKS, HP!!

I re-checked with the person shipping them out, and evidently some of them were shipped late last week. Everyone should have received their gift by now -- let me know, if not, and we'll check the shipping tracking numbers.

I PM'ed Cindy about my camera this morning. 19 minutes later Fedex was here! I know Fedex is fast, but that was amazing

Anyway the camera is Photosmart M447. Pretty nice for answering some questions.

Still nothing for me... Maybe it will come today. I'll keep an eye out for the FedEx truck.
BTW, what model is the camera? I assume that it's an HP correct?
