Has anyone successfully installed and using this add-in? I've seen some horror stories of problems on We Got Served so I've been leary to install it. I installed one add-in and had to send my MediaSmart back to HP because it went into a reboot loop. If it's sucessfully running did you do anything different from the installation instructions?

Thanks!

Yes, I have installed this and it works perfectly for me. Have been running it for the better part of a month now.

Ok, so I decided to take the plunge and started the process of installing Lights Out. The first instruction is to get rid of the SBCore process. I found the following post with alternative for disabling and followed the simple instructions by Mohawk_matt.

When I restarted my server using the software restart in the connection manager I once again lost my box - Oh NO - here we go again! I couldn't ping though my wife, looking at the box, told me all the lights were lit and blue. So I had her power cycle the box. Again, the box went blue but I still couldn't ping the box. She told me that the network light flashed red and then blue and I was back in service. Looks like there may have been an IP conflict - may be getting time to replace my router. Anyway, Step 1 is done...on to the next.
