I have used this software for about 6 months it is amazing, arcives in pdf easy recall of docs as well as print and email , it uses a pdf printer that isn't vista compatible just xp, but they say very soon.
i am using a pdf printer i found online till then, works great i am very happy i would suggest a wireless all in one fax scanner to share across a network my wife hogs archound since she has the scanner 200+ arcs and counting

I totally agree... my wife and I have been using the Digital ArcHound for about 9 months and love it! We use the software to keep documents for 2 businesses and our personal records over 2,000 PDFs - you should try the Windows Home Server version, we have it on a server plus 4 computers and this way no one hogs the time :)

Newbie question:
I currently use ScanSnapS510 to digitigise (pdf) all my important documents and save on (currently) a Simple Share NAS Harddrive. Will be moving all the data from the SimpleShare to EX470.
Would Digital ArcHound still be useful for me?
