Well I downloaded the add in from another site. I installed the latest version, 1.1 and utorrent is installed as a service and as a program on the server. The WebUI part is updated to the latest version 0.370 and utorrent is also the latest 2.0 version.
I can install the add in fine in the console on the client PC and I see the tab after the restart but on the options the test configuration never turns green. I am using the exact same settings on my browser and I can access the utorrent webui perfectly so I have no idea what I am doing wrong. The username and password on the settings I assume are the ones I set up in utorrent and not necessarily the account name from the WHS correct ? On the webui that's the one I used.
Also I was wondering does this add in give a notification on the system tray when a torrent finishes download ? If it doesn't maybe that can be configured in a future realease to show a notification like a health notification on the account logged in as admin and not on the guest accounts perhaps ?
I have tried using the add in with both the connection port of utorrent and also with an alternate port, the webui accepts a different port but I don't know if that's an issue with the add in.
The client PC is a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with the latest WHS console installed with Powerpack 3 and the server is the EX495 from HP, everything is updated and utorrent is configured both as a service and as a startup program and is on all the time, like I said the webui on the browser works fine is just that I think I can have more control with your add in but can't get it to work.
Any help is really appreciated.
